Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Weekends and holidays may affect shipping date and delivery date.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost to the customer.
Free standard shipping is available with a minimum order of $50.00 (subtotal after applying all discounts and not including tax).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Neither Mom's Kitchen nor PeanutPupper.com is responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, excise taxes, etc.).
Damages
Neither Moms Kitchen B & B LLC nor PeanutPupper.com are liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not ship outside the 50 United States of America plus Washington DC.
